Shipping and Returns

How much is shipping?

Shipping is done via USPS First Class Mail.

Shipping is a flat .50 per order regardless of the number of sets ordered.

The shipping cut-off for same day shipping is 12pm EST. Any orders that drop after noon will be dropped at the post office the following day. Even though you may get a notice that your order has shipped, that simply means we have printed the packing slip and label and have filled your order for the following day's drop. It is also important to know that you need to allow 5 business days for your order to arrive. Business days are Monday through Friday. If you are ordering for current week's sale and either the sale or the coupon expires within 5 business days, DO NOT place this order.  Please note, if you are ordering coupons that are already in-stock AND coupons that are pre-orders for the coming weekend, the order will be held and shipped when the pre-order coupons are available.  If you want the in-stock coupons to ship now, you need to place those on a separate order.  Otherwise, your coupons will ship together in an envelope when the pre-orders are available.

Shipping Times

We send all insert orders via USPS First Class Mail. The Post Office will not guarantee delivery within any time frame. Once we process and package your order, it is dropped off at the Post Office and out of our hands. While we understand that slow delivery times can be frustrating, we have no ability to remedy the problem. We are only in control of the execution on our end.  
How can I track my order?

Unfortunately, the USPS does not offer tracking on First Class Mail items. 

We respectfully request that you wait 5 BUSINESS DAYS after shipping before contacting us about your order. We will not respond to emails with shipping inquiries any sooner than that. It is unfair for us to have to spend time answering emails after only 2 business days. 

Returns and Refund

If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately for damaged concerns and after 5 business days for potentially lost items. 

There are no returns or exchanges.

We do not offer cash refunds on coupon inserts, only store credit. If we make an error on your order, we will do our very best to correct it. Should a credit be required, we will only credit the amount of the inserts and not the portion of the fee attributed to shipping as product was already shipped and received and shipping is a pass-through expense. If we are able to resend product, we will bear the cost of the shipping due to our mistake.
